1.1 Hope fades

Now that you are gone, I stand, I stand and stare,
To look at what once was, now bare.
Never have I felt so much hurt and pain.
Is there any escape from this eternal rain?
Hope fades.

The importance of things are never felt, until lost,
Lost, lost, never found, eternally lost.
Pain, hurt, grief, will it ever stop?
Please, please, help me back to the top.
Hope fades.

I long for my heart to heal,
Only, only if you knew.
Then would things have changed?
Tell me, fate, fate is cruel.
Hope fades.
