1.15 Nothing lasts forever
In this beautiful, yet miserable world,
People walk around lost,
They see, but are blind,
Full of knowledge, they know nothing.
People speak enthusiastically of love that will stand forever.
But what they cannot see is that nothing lasts forever.
Everything must end sometime, somehow.
And "yes" to all those love-locked couples,
Sadly to say, love too falls into that sorry, sorry category.
Love is no exception to that cruel rule,
Therefore, love too will end sometime, somehow,
It may appear that love will last eternally,
But a week down the line, who is to say that all will be the same?
Nothing lasts forever, and that is a fact.
One must never pour too much into anything,
For when those things come to an end, then the effects will be utterly devastating.
A wave of cruel sensations to wash through your mind, simply due to the inevitable,
Because nothing in this world, nothing has the power to last forever.
