A connection between us has undoubtedly been formed,
Something has sparked and clicked into motion,
This wonderful feeling of complete and utter wonder,
I do not know what it means, nor do I desire to know,
This feeling inside of me I only want to nurture and grow.
Never will I want to see a frown upon your brow,
Never will I want to see a sad tear form in your eye,
Never will I want to see your face turn upset,
This is what I am here for, to hide you from these things,
I only want to see you happy and content.
For as long as I have breath to breathe,
A heart to beat and a mind to love,
