1.65 Melody upon the breeze
The day is young and fresh as I stand outside,
Where the sun rests powerfully in the sky, beating down its golden rays,
I stand and bask in those rays of warmth and calm,
Slowly relaxing as the heat tenderly kisses my skin.
As I stand here, I feel a faint and pleasant breeze,
It refreshes me and keeps my skin cool and safe from scorching.
Then, as I listen to the breeze, I can hear it clear,
Carrying the melody from your heart, direct into mine.
I smile this day and this morning for a very simple reason,
Before this day has even started, I know I can achieve anything.
Go outside and go into the sun, into the breeze.
As long as we have hearts that beat, then songs they shall sing,
Joy, hope and love everlasting because I have you,
Hearts forever locking in a chorus of song, for I give myself completely to you.
